Payment Methods: We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Cash payments receive the lowest pricing. Card and Zelle payments are subject to a processing fee (+10%). No payment is collected online — payment is due at pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via text message, phone call, or WhatsApp. We will contact you to schedule pickup or delivery after your order is received.
Pickup: Orders may be picked up at our location in Queens, NY. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please call ahead to confirm availability.
Delivery: We offer delivery within Queens and select NYC boroughs. Delivery fees may apply and vary by distance and order size. Free delivery is available for orders of 4 or more buckets. Same-day or next-day delivery is available depending on order volume and location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues.
All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased in error, change of mind, or after the product has been opened or used.
Refunds, if issued, will be processed using the original payment method.
